Exchanges will be accepted for unopened and unused products. Due to the nature and safety standards, we cannot accept used products for return or exchanges. Our Policy expires within 30 days of receipt of items.  Any claims made after 30 days have expired, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To begin the exchange process, you MUST contact us via email or phone. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be  responsible for any shipping fees to exchange items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 

If you are approved, then your return will be processed and your product will be sent to you within standard shipping times. Please see the shipping policy. 

Refunds are NOT allowed unless there is an error and you have received an incorrect item.
